Les Moulins de Paillard è un'organizzazione senza scopo di lucro riconosciuta dallo Stato francese sia nell'interesse pubblico che nell'Atelier de Fabrique Artistique.  Fondato nel 2009, questo centro d'arte contemporanea e programma di residenza si trova in una cartiera del XVIII secolo sul fiume Loir, nella Francia rurale.

Attraverso le nostre produzioni, le mostre e la programmazione delle arti dello spettacolo, intendiamo contribuire al processo di decentramento della cultura. Paillard produce ogni anno numerose mostre su larga scala e presenta diverse performance, danza, concerti ed eventi di arti digitali.
